t’s time for The Consciously Imperfect Leader. Developed by Rockstar Founder Elissa Lansdell, CIL is a four-module program designed to help
leaders achieve connection over perfection. Participants are asked to bring their real life
experiences and vulnerabilities with them for greater application of learning.
Who is Consciously Imperfect Leader® for?
